1. Purpose
Establish the expectations of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behaviour that underpin Finaisse's control environment — the foundation SOC 2 CC1 examines.
2. Standards of conduct
- Act with integrity and honesty; handle customer financial data with the care its sensitivity demands.
- Comply with all Finaisse policies, applicable law, and contractual obligations.
- Avoid conflicts of interest; disclose them when they arise.
- Protect confidential and customer information; do not disclose it outside authorised channels.
3. Responsibilities
- Complete required security-awareness training (HR Security & Awareness Policy).
- Report suspected policy violations, security concerns, or unethical behaviour through the designated channel, without fear of reprisal.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination, per the Information Security Policy §8.
5. Review
Reviewed annually and on major organisational change.
