1. Purpose ​

Establish the expectations of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behaviour that underpin Finaisse's control environment — the foundation SOC 2 CC1 examines.

2. Standards of conduct ​

  • Act with integrity and honesty; handle customer financial data with the care its sensitivity demands.
  • Comply with all Finaisse policies, applicable law, and contractual obligations.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest; disclose them when they arise.
  • Protect confidential and customer information; do not disclose it outside authorised channels.

3. Responsibilities ​

  • Complete required security-awareness training (HR Security & Awareness Policy).
  • Report suspected policy violations, security concerns, or unethical behaviour through the designated channel, without fear of reprisal.

4. Enforcement ​

Violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination, per the Information Security Policy §8.

5. Review ​

Reviewed annually and on major organisational change.
