How this is produced
Each month, freeze the Status-by-area scorecard, add the month's deltas and the trend row. It is the output of the posture re-verification / management review item in the Assessment & Evidence Cadence. Once the findings register is generated from GitHub issues, these snapshots can be auto-generated.
